DESCRIPTION

The Benefits Realization Management Framework "recipe" is a framework for practitioners who are looking to understand, plan, manage and report, and evaluate the benefits of a program being delivered as a business solution. The content in this benefits realization recipe content is based on the NSW Government Benefits Realisation Management Framework.


Use this recipe in your Pie application to drive one or multiple benefits that are to be realized for your key projects and programs. Import this recipe into your Pie account. If you're not a Pie member yet, you can sign up for FREE when you click the Import button. This recipe works with any of the Pie plans, including the free plan.


You can then create a project to drive each benefit. You can also group your projects together either under a stack or grouped with tags. This will allow you to execute and monitor your benefits along with their associated project or program.
