Execute the CDC-based COVID-19 Employers Back to Isolation Action Plan for FREE with this Pie "recipe" (best practice). This back to work process includes a Free Pie project and process management tool for easy execution.

Your organization can quickly modify the content specifically for your needs. Use this recipe in the unfortunate event where the coronavirus crisis increases again.

This recipe is part of a two-recipe set. Its sister recipe is called COVID-19 Employers Back to Business Action Plan. Please import that one as well since it works in reverse of this one and you will be prepared when COVID-19 cases diminish in your area so you can safely re-open up your business operations. Use both of these recipes when the situation changes direction.

Phases included in this recipe:

  • Phase 4 - Plan. Fully functional operations; transmission or spread is zero.
  • Phase 3 - Prepare. Phasing down some operations; transmission or spread is low and controlled, but increasing.
  • Phase 2 - Reduce. Reducing more operations; transmission or spread is moderate and increasing.
  • Phase 1 - Restrict. Limiting operations; transmission or spread is getting higher.
  • Phase 0 - Lockdown. Only essential businesses operating.

Watch the following video for a quick demo of how it works. Then click Import and get your free copy with the free tool.

The above screenshot shows the "Kick Off Business Changes & Prepare" box select with its tasks displayed. There are a couple of tasks that are marked done (green checks). The third tasks has the mouse hover displaying a popup with the task's description, ready at your fingertips.

You can add your own boxes and tasks. Reorder them. Remove what you don't need. Assuming your team already has great content, go ahead and bring in your own best practices and action steps into this tool.

Click the orange import button to get your free recipe copy ready to execute. If you're new to Pie, this step will ask you to sign up for a FREE Pie account and your recipe will be imported and project automatically created, ready for you to use.

We plan to keep an eye on the CDC resources and with web content tracking tools as best as we can update this recipe as we identify changes.

However, it's your responsibility to stay up to date with information from the CDC, state, and local health offices and customize the content as needed.

If we find changes and update this recipe, we will send out emails to everyone who imported a previous version to let them know of the changes and ability to import the new version. We will use date tags on tasks to show which part of the content was changed.
