This recipe was originally created in February 2020. We now have two new sister recipes created and released end of May 2020 to replace this one.

- Back to Business: https://my.pie.me/store/covid-19-employers-back-to-business
- Back to Isolation: https://my.pie.me/store/covid-19-employers-back-to-isolation

Import the above two to help your organization move in either direction.

Execute the CDC-based Coronavirus COVID-19 Employer Preparation Plan for FREE with this Pie "recipe" (process template). It's a framework process for organizations in non-healthcare settings.

The content in this recipe is from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). This Pie recipe has many CDC page links to make it easy for you to keep on top of CDC changes.

The challenge with the CDC web pages is that they are not designed as real-time actionable tools for people accountability assignments and tracking progress. Making the COVID-19 preparation processes easy to execute at your healthcare facility is critical for both your employee's and your patient's health and wellbeing.

Therefore, we have developed this COVID-19 healthcare facilities checklist Pie recipe process for free to the public to use in a Pie account, also for free.

This CDC content Pie recipe process is available today as a ready-to-use, step-by-step planning and preparation process for the COVID-19 pandemic.

The above image is a screenshot from the COVID-19 preparation process turned into an actionable project.

Under the pie are process boxes. The first process box "Initiate Preparation" is selected to show its tasks. Your team can add more boxes and tasks with a simple click.

Notice the green bar on the pie and on the first selected process box. This represents how much has been marked done in this action plan.

Also, the first couple of tasks have been assigned to the employee with initials "PD", the first task has a due date, and the first three tasks are marked done. This makes it easy to see what is going on at a glance.

Play the above video to see it in action.

On this close-up screenshot we selected the "Set Up Stay-at-Home Policies" box to show you the CDC recommended tasks for how to review your policies and make them more flexible if your business is threatened by a coronavirus outbreak.

The second task has a mouse hover to show its detailed content. Every task has its own how-to content that makes it easy to understand what to do.

The above screenshot shows you the attached links that point to the CDC site pages and downloadable PDF files for helpful information.

Some of the links point to the World Health Organization pages and files.
